RV Envy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

Limitation of liability

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and integrate with third-party platforms. RV Envy is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party sites and platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies in addition to these Terms. We encourage you to review the privacy and terms of any third-party site before providing personal information.

Third-party platform integrations

RV Envy integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), to provide services to RV dealership clients. Our use of data received from Meta platforms ("Platform Data") is governed by the Meta Platform Terms.

Platform Data is used solely to provide CRM and lead management services to our dealer clients. We act as a tech provider operating on behalf of dealer clients, and each dealer's Platform Data is kept separate and is only accessible to that dealer's authorized staff.

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, we do not use Platform Data to:

• • Make eligibility determinations (including for housing, employment, insurance, credit, or government benefits)
• • Conduct surveillance of individuals
• • Discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics
• • Attempt to re-identify de-identified or anonymized data

Termination

RV Envy may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Site or our users.

Governing law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
